How do I place my order?
All Empire of the Sun VIP packages must be purchased online. VIP tickets will be available during the presale starting on Wednesday, January 28 at 9am local time and will require a password to purchase during this time. The public on sale begins on Friday, January 30 at 9am local time, and VIP tickets will no longer require a password to purchase. After you click the “On Sale Now” button next to your desired city, venue, and date, you will be directed to our ticketing partners to make and finalize your order.
Is there a ticket purchase limit?
Yes, there is a six (6) ticket limit for VIP tickets.
How can I request accessibility accommodations?
If you need to request ADA Accommodations for your VIP experience at Empire of the Sun, please reach out to us HERE with the following information as soon as possible:

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All accessibility requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.
For accessible seating requests at the show, availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.
How will I receive the merchandise included in the package?
All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then!
Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show.
Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?
There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.
When will I receive information about 100x check-in?
More information and further instructions including check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. These details may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.
Can I use my 100x package for a promotional giveaway?
No. Please see our Purchase Policy for more details.
What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased 100x package?
All Empire of the Sun VIP Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.

Is there an age restriction for the Empyreans Super VIP M&G Experience?
The age policy varies by venue, so please check your local event venue’s website for more information.
Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket during checkout?
All Empyreans Super VIP M&G Experiences will come with a General Admission (GA) ticket!
What is a General Admission ticket?
General Admission (GA) are tickets that allow entry to the event with no seats assigned to them. With a general admission ticket, you may be given a specific area to sit or stand in, but you won’t have a specific seat reserved for you. Empyreans Super VIP M&G Experiences include early entry to the venue (where available) which allows GA guests to have first access to the venue.
If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?
Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.
How will I receive my concert tickets?
Guests will see ticket delivery options during the purchase process. Ticket delivery methods vary from venue to venue.
Is parking included in the VIP experience?
No, Empyreans Super VIP M&G Experiences do not include parking. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information regarding venue parking.
Is there a bag policy?
Bag policies vary from venue to venue. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information on their bag policy.
